Question Pick up in San Diego?

    Hi Everyone!

I know in the past Dr Kuri has a courier he recommends and uses that can pick us up in San Diego if we arrange it, but I cannot find any info on who to call to arrange that. I am coming in to SD on Amtrak Monday afternoon... can he pick up there as well? Anyone have this info?

    Thanks a bunch!

Due to changes in the requirements for passports, Gregorio is not able to offer transportation service until further notice. For the time being, patients who are coming for fills will have to use the bus/trolley to the border, walk across and hop into a cab which will take them to Hospital Angeles for between 5-$6....Or drive to border parking and cross.

I heard that there is a preference on what cab to take to Hospital Angeles from the border, is this true?

    Hi Erin,
Just call Dr. Kuri's office and they will give you the number of Alex. He'll pick you up at Amtrak and deliver you directly to the hospital. The service is expensive but if you are uncomfortable in Mexico, it is well worth it. I did this on Friday and was just fine. Also, if you drive, you can park at the Border Station Parking for $7.00 all day and walk across the street over the bridge and down the ramp into Mexico and get a cab for $5.00. Then do the same coming back. Very easy. I was in and out very quickly.
    Good luck with your fill.
    Sandy
