This is the general discussion area for the Kuri Group and the LapBand® procedure. In this group, we will share triumphs, NSV's and successes as well as struggles and problems and other life issues that we experience during our weight loss journey.

In this section you will find LapBand® Surgery Support Groups all over the U.S. and around the world. All of the support groups located in this section have been started and are facilitated by patients of Dr. Kuri. If you are unable to find a local support group in your area, we invite you to create a new group.

This section of our forum is devoted to food, nutrition, and healthy recipes. Here you will learn from other members how to live and eat with your band. In this section you will find recipes posted by other members and discussion devoted to eating and adjusting to life with the Lap-Band®.

Exercise routines, ideas, questions, habits, and general discussion about healthy living. Discuss with others ways to incorporate exercise into your daily routine. In addition, you will also find our walk of life series, a 10 week walking program, that will begin at beginner level to be able to accomplish longer and more challenging walks.

We are currently collecting before and after photos of people planning to attend this years Kuri Bandster Bash. These photos will be displayed during our Saturday Night Event.
